I live with treatment resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD, which bring daily challenges, but I keep moving forward. Some days are harder than others, and simple tasks can feel overwhelming. However, I remind myself that I’m not alone - there are people who care about me, and that keeps me going. While my journey isn’t easy, I continue to show up and do my best - whatever that may look like on any given day - finding strength in the connections and support around me.

I am in a life-long battle for appropriate mental health support and resources. We have come a long way, but there are major steps to go.
