Hey All! This weekend, I will be taking part in Defeat Depression. I'll be walking to raise funds for better mental heath care and services in Canada. As you may or may not know - I have been diagnosed with Anxiety and PTSD - which has been an added "problem" for my Fibromyalgia and hEDS. Last year, I became the Director of Sustainability and Development at Mood Disorders Society of Canada because I wanted to help as many people as I could who might be going through similar issues.
