Mental illness affects so many of us, including my own family. As a parent of a child with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and ADHD, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges that come with managing mental illness—and I know how important it is to have the right support. That’s why I’m taking part in the Defeat Depression campaign, raising funds to ensure that people struggling with mental illness can access the help they need.
